Deriskly Founder Tatiana Botskina Speaks at SiGMA World

Tatiana Botskina, Founder of Deriskly, joined industry leaders at SiGMA World to discuss artificial intelligence, financial technology and the changing relationship between businesses and their customers.
Drawing on her experience building AI technology for regulated financial services, Tatiana discussed the opportunities and risks emerging as organisations increasingly use generative AI and automated systems in customer-facing processes.
A central theme was the shift from simply adopting AI to understanding its real-world impact.
For regulated organisations in particular, deploying AI is only the beginning. Companies need mechanisms for evaluating how AI-generated and human-generated communications affect customer understanding, trust and outcomes.
This is the problem Deriskly is addressing.
Deriskly combines specialised AI models, customer preference intelligence and AI agents to analyse communications, identify potential problems and uncover the reasons behind them — giving organisations actionable insights into how their customer interactions can be improved.
Tatiana's participation at SiGMA World forms part of Deriskly's broader work advocating for measurable, evidence-driven approaches to responsible AI deployment.
Moderated by Olga Yaroshevsky, AIBC Managing Director at SiGMA, the session featured insights from Emily Freeland, Director of Value Consulting at Zendesk; Mark Curmi, Non-executive Director at Sparkasse Bank Malta; and Tatiana Botskina, CEO of Deriskly.
